Challenge met
CAS Constructors completed a series of design-build projects to address the facility’s most pressing needs. Upgrades included installing new gravity piping and vaults to support future plant improvements. The team also modified an intermediate pump station by replacing four large-diameter inclined screw pumps with modern submersible pumps, enhancing efficiency and reliability. Additionally, CAS Constructors provided a replacement ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system for the plant, ensuring compliance with current treatment standards.
Through careful planning and execution, CAS Constructors successfully delivered these upgrades, extending the life of the Hutchinson Wastewater Treatment Facility and securing dependable wastewater treatment services for the community.
